Southlake’s watering rules, and why turf changes the math
Southlake keeps a year-round, twice-a-week schedule under its Code of Ordinances. Even-numbered addresses water on Wednesdays and Saturdays, odd-numbered addresses on Thursdays and Sundays, and automatic irrigation is allowed only between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. on those days. Code Enforcement officers enforce it. A hand-held hose may be used outside those hours.
