Advantage

Building Better Turf

01

Excavation

Remove vegetation and debris, digging 3-4 inches deep to establish the proper structural depth for the Texas climate.

02

Base Construction

Install Class II road base with decomposed granite (DG) to create a concrete-hard, permeable surface.

03

Drainage

Manage utility lines, install collection systems, and place conduit sleeves for future needs, ensuring water flows away from your home foundation.

04

Weed Prevention

Install commercial-grade heavy duty weed barrier to separate the native soil from the base and prevent vegetative growth.

05

Placement & Custom Fitting

Unrolling the turf to acclimate to the Texas climate, followed by precision cutting around hardscaping, trees, and borders for a flawless, edge-to-edge fit.

06

Premium Infill & Finishing

Applying specialized infill—like antimicrobial odor-control for pets or fine silica for putting greens—and power-brushing the fibers to stand perfectly upright.
