Plano
From April 1 to October 31, Plano asks residents to water no more than twice a week on the days set by address: even-numbered addresses on Mondays and Thursdays, odd-numbered on Tuesdays and Fridays. A local customer’s verdict is on the page.

McKinney
From April 1 to October 31, McKinney does not allow watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and asks residents not to water during rain or freeze events. A local customer’s verdict is on the page.

From April 1 to October 31, Allen allows sprinklers up to twice a week on assigned watering days and never between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. From November 1 to March 31, watering drops to once a week on the primary watering day. A local customer’s verdict is on the page.

Prosper
Prosper allows watering twice a week from April 1 to October 31 and once a week from November 1 to March 31, on designated days by area, with no irrigation during rain or freezing temperatures. A local customer’s verdict is on the page.

Flower Mound
Flower Mound limits automatic irrigation and hose-end sprinklers to two days a week, and prohibits them between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Residential addresses ending in an even number water on Tuesdays and Fridays, odd-numbered addresses on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and non-residential, HOA common-area and multi-family properties on Mondays and Thursdays. Fort Worth and its neighbours share the Tarrant Regional Water District supply and a year-round no-watering window from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Arlington prohibits watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. year-round, with exceptions for hand watering and the use of soaker hoses.

Keller keeps a twice-a-week lawn watering schedule year-round.

Grapevine
Grapevine prohibits irrigation or watering of any lawn or landscape between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Beyond that, the city’s Drought Contingency Plan ordinance, Chapter 25, Article V, Section 25-140 of the Code of Ordinances, sets the stages, and the city points residents to the Tarrant Regional Water District (trwd.com and savetarrantwater.com) for more information.

Mansfield’s Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan prohibits outdoor watering with an irrigation system between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., year-round.
