Prosper’s watering rules, and why turf changes the math
Prosper allows watering twice a week from April 1 to October 31 and once a week from November 1 to March 31, on designated days by area, with no irrigation during rain or freezing temperatures. New sod or landscaping can be granted a watering variance for up to 30 days from installation.
