Celina’s watering rules, and why turf changes the math
Celina manages outdoor water by stages. Under Stage 1, automatic irrigation runs on two designated days a week by address. Stage 2, in effect since July 2, 2026, cuts that to one designated day a week, never between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Hand-held hoses, drip systems and soaker hoses may be used any day for up to two hours of targeted watering.
