Front yard
Signature 50
Our premium front-yard turf, built for year-round curb appeal. The routine that keeps it full and upright.
Five of our turf lines have their own after-install care guide: the first 30 days, a routine care schedule, do’s and don’ts, quick fixes for spills, and the reflected-sunlight heat warning. Find yours below, read it online or download the PDF.
The turf line is in the title of your care guide. Each page below is that guide, with the PDF alongside it.

Call or text us and we will look it up. The full specification of every line is on the turf range page.
Two pages, written for the person who will actually look after the lawn. The same four parts in every guide, with the details that change from line to line.
Seams are bonded with adhesive and keep curing after the crew leaves, so traffic stays light on day one. Sand on the surface in the first two weeks is infill settling: brush it back in, never blow it off. At 30 days, walk the lawn; anything flat, lifted or visible is fixed at no charge.
A weekly blow-off, brushing the high-traffic areas every two or three weeks, a monthly rinse, more blowing in fall, and one professional service a year. Pet lawns add a daily pick-up and a monthly enzyme clean; greens add a seasonal ball-roll check.
A stiff synthetic broom, not a wire brush or a close-range pressure washer. Mild dish soap, not solvents or bleach. Lift furniture rather than drag it, keep grills on a pad, and call before adding any infill.
What to do about drinks, gum, pet waste and oil, plus the reflected-sunlight warning every owner should read. The Signature 50, K9 Guard Ultra, The Reserve and Estate 84 guides end with the warranty terms: coverage applies when the lawn is maintained as the guide describes, and unapproved infill, chemical damage, burns and alterations by others are not covered.
Most of the care is a hose and a broom. These three come up in every guide.
Rule one
Each line is installed with a specific infill. Signature 50 uses 20/40 silica sand only, K9 Guard Ultra uses ZeoFill and Envirofill only, and a Tour Master green uses fine 30/50 silica only. The Reserve is installed with 20/40 silica or an Envirofill or HydroChill upgrade, and Estate 84 with Envirofill, or HydroChill or Greenplay Cork at pool surrounds, so any top-off has to match what was installed. The wrong one traps urine on a pet lawn or ruins the roll on a green, and unapproved infill is not covered on the lines that carry a warranty.
Rule two
Energy-efficient (Low-E) windows, glass doors, and shiny surfaces can focus sunlight onto turf and melt or distort the fibers. If you notice a shiny streak or a warped patch near a window, let us know right away. A screen, film, or awning usually solves it.
Rule three
A deep power-brush, an infill check and top-off, and a seam and edge inspection, with the extras each line needs: ZeoFill replenishment and an enzyme treatment on pet lawns, a pool coping check on Estate 84, a cup service on a green. On a lawn it restores a like-new, upright finish, and on a green it restores tournament-ready speed. On Signature 50, K9 Guard Ultra, The Reserve and Estate 84 it also protects your warranty.
Tell us which line you have and when it was installed. We will schedule the deep power-brush, infill top-off and seam inspection your guide calls for, and look at anything that needs attention while we are there.
